The offsets are the original ones, given by the manufacturer or by the sources cited; they help you identify your car's fitment.
Offset to one decimal place (“ET 34.7”): the offset as the manufacturer gives it, to one decimal place, shown as it is, without rounding.

Frequently asked questions: wheels for the Ferrari Roma coupé and Spider
What are the original offsets for the wheels of a Ferrari Roma?
A staggered fitment, wider at the rear, according to its Swiss vehicle type records: 8J x 20 with an offset of 34.7 mm at the front and 10J x 20 with an offset of 27.5 mm at the rear, on the Roma as on the Roma Spider. Ferrari gives them to a tenth of a millimetre: the fitment table reproduces them as they are, without rounding them. [8, 13]
Which tyres, and which load index, does a Ferrari Roma take?
245/35 R20 with a load index of 91 at the front, i.e. 615 kg per tyre, and 285/35 R20 with a load index of 100 at the rear, i.e. 800 kg. In winter, the records permit 235/35 R20 with a load index of 92, i.e. 630 kg, and 285/35 R20 with a load index of 104, i.e. 900 kg, on the same wheels. [8, 13, 24]
What is the load per wheel on a Ferrari Roma?
Its Swiss vehicle type records give a permissible load of 920 kg on the front axle and 1,145 kg on the rear axle, i.e. 460 and 572.5 kg per wheel; for the Roma Spider, 920 and 1,225 kg, i.e. 460 and 612.5 kg per wheel. The engine is at the front, but it is the rear axle that carries the most: the 285/35 R20 rear tyre with a load index of 100 carries 800 kg. [8, 13, 24]
What PCD, centre bore and bolts does a Ferrari Roma use?
The PCD is 5x114.3, the centre bore 67.1 mm, and the wheels are held by M14 x 1.5 bolts, according to wheelfitment.eu, koleso.ee, tirewheelguide.com and ThreePiece.us, for the Roma as for the Roma Spider. The tightening torque is not published: no source we have read gives it. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
Same fixing measurements
As original equipment, these cars have the same PCD, centre bore, thread and fixing as the Ferrari Roma coupé and Spider: PCD 5x114.3, centre bore 67.1 mm, thread M14 x 1.5, fixing: wheel bolts.
- Ferrari F8 Tributo coupé and Spider (2019–2023)
Same fixing measurements; original diameters and offsets: see each car's page. The seat of the bolts or nuts, the width of the wheels and brake clearance are not compared here: this comparison is not an opinion on compatibility.

Publication rule: a measurement is shown only if a primary source gives it (a manufacturer's document, an official vehicle type record, an original parts catalogue, the maker of the original wheel) without another primary source contradicting it, or if two independent specialist sources agree without a primary source contradicting them. The press and forums do not count. Measurements checked on 22 October 2026 by the Onyx Forged design office.

Custom forged wheels for the Ferrari Roma coupé and Spider
- Forged 6061-T6 aluminium
- 5-axis CNC machining
- Designed to JWL/VIA standards
- Fitment worked out for your Ferrari Roma coupé and Spider
Roma and Roma Spider: 5x114.3, M14 x 1.5 bolts, a 67.1 mm centre bore
The Ferrari Roma, type F164, whose first Swiss vehicle type record dates from July 2020, and the Roma Spider, recorded from July 2023, both rear-wheel drive with 456 kW, use 5x114.3, with a 67.1 mm centre bore and M14 x 1.5 wheel bolts: wheelfitment.eu, koleso.ee and ThreePiece.us give these measurements, tirewheelguide.com the PCD (bolt pattern), the centre bore and the thread, each cited in the table. No source we have read gives the tightening torque of the original bolts.
A single fitment, in 20 inches, with the offset given to the tenth
The vehicle type record of the Swiss Federal Roads Office (ASTRA), the document that sets the tyre and wheel combinations a car may carry, permits for the Roma as for the Roma Spider a single staggered fitment, wider at the rear: 8J x 20 with an offset of 34.7 mm at the front, fitted with 245/35 R20 tyres, and 10J x 20 with an offset of 27.5 mm at the rear, fitted with 285/35 R20 tyres. In winter, the same wheels take 235/35 R20 and 285/35 R20 tyres. Ferrari gives its offsets to a tenth of a millimetre. The fitment table reproduces them as they are, to the tenth, without rounding them, as do this text and the questions and answers. tirewheelguide.com gives the same widths, with no offset; ThreePiece.us rounds the offsets: the type record prevails. The records do not name the trim levels: the Roma appears there as variant BA, the Roma Spider as variant BC.
A front-mounted engine, but the rear carries the most
The records give the Roma a permissible load of 920 kg on the front axle and 1,145 kg on the rear axle, i.e. 460 and 572.5 kg per wheel, and the Roma Spider 920 and 1,225 kg, i.e. 460 and 612.5 kg per wheel. The engine sits at the front, but it is the rear axle, the one with the wider wheel, that carries the most. This is the load the wheel must withstand, and the tyre must keep at least the load index of the original fitment, 91 for 245/35 R20 at the front and 100 for 285/35 R20 at the rear (reading a tyre (page in French)).
What these measurements say about a forged wheel
The offset positions the wheel in the wheel arch: a wider wheel, or a lower offset, brings it closer to the wing. The Onyx Forged design office starts from the measurements on this page, your brakes and your tyres to calculate the width and offset of your wheels, then submits them to you. The offset calculator compares two fitments: it compares, it does not choose the measurement for you.
Roadworthiness test: what is examined
The French roadworthiness test (contrôle technique) examines the wheel without removing it (cracks, deformation, a wheel that protrudes beyond the bodywork) and verifies that the tyre size is one provided for by the manufacturer or accepted as equivalent. Keeping a tyre size from the original fitment, and at least its load index, avoids having to justify it; the details are on the roadworthiness test and registration page.
What we record before machining
- The exact version, stated on the registration document, and the current diameter of your wheels.
- The braking system, on which the smallest possible diameter depends (wheels and brakes (page in French)).
- The current fitment, axle by axle, and the 67.1 mm hub bore according to the databases.
Configure your forged wheels for the Ferrari Roma and Roma Spider
The Onyx Forged design office works out the measurements of your car from its exact version, stated on the registration document, and shows them to you before machining. Each set is cut from forged 6061-T6 aluminium, machined on a 5-axis CNC centre, as monoblock, two-piece or three-piece wheels; our wheels are designed to JWL/VIA standards. Prices by diameter and the lead time are given on this page, under “What Onyx can make”. Start your configuration or write to contact@onyxforgedwheels.com.
