How a forged wheel is made
Onyx Forged designs your wheels and has them manufactured: forged 6061-T6 aluminium, 5-axis CNC machined.
- Design: 3D drawings, validated by the Onyx Forged design office: measurements, thicknesses, geometry.
- Forging: a block of 6061-T6 aluminium is compressed in a press, without being melted. Its grain lines up.
- Machining: 5-axis CNC milling of the spokes, the concave profile and the bolt holes.
- Inspection: the dimensions and the balance are checked.
- Finish: the finish chosen when you order, whether polished, brushed, lacquered or coloured.
Two choices set the price
On the catalogue models, the price of a set of four wheels depends on the construction and the diameter. Nothing else.

A set of four wheels costs from €3,200 to €4,100 in monoblock, and from €4,300 to €6,300 in two-piece, from 18″ to 24″.

Delivery to Great Britain. Free delivery to Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales), in 4 to 8 working weeks, shipping included. For these orders, our checkout charges in pounds sterling. It converts the euro price at its exchange rate on the day, currency conversion charge included, so the amount in pounds is about 2% more than a straight conversion at the market rate; the amount shown at checkout is the one charged for your order. Worked example for Great Britain: on 4 October 2026, our checkout priced a set of four 21″ monoblock wheels (€3,550 on this website) at £3,084. UK import VAT adds £616.80 (20%), so £3,700.80 with UK import VAT, before the carrier's clearance fee and any import duty. The carrier sets its clearance fee and shows it on its notice: for example, DHL Express charges £11 or 2.5% of the duty and VAT it pays, whichever is higher. With DHL Express, the fee on that set would be £15.42 (2.5% of £616.80, which is more than £11), so £3,716.22 in total, before any import duty. Any import duty depends on the UK tariff in force when your wheels arrive: the amount you pay is the one on the carrier's notice, and UK import VAT then applies to it too. - Free delivery. Free delivery to mainland France, the EU and Switzerland. Transit insurance included, tracking from collection.
- Payment. On the website, in a single payment. Or in 3 interest-free instalments on quotation: 40% on order, 30% 10 days after the deposit, 30% 21 days after the deposit (quotations calculated online by the configurator).
- Designed to JWL/VIA standards. These standards set requirements for resistance to fatigue, impacts and dynamic loads.
