The offsets are the original ones, given by the manufacturer or by the sources cited; they help you identify your car's fitment.
Offset to one decimal place (“ET 43.5”): the offset as the manufacturer gives it, to one decimal place, shown as it is, without rounding.

Wheels delivered in 4 to 8 working weeks, shipping included, from full payment for an order on the website, or from the deposit for an order on quotation, and at the earliest from your approval of the measurements, the colour or the 3D render you asked for, under article 5.1 of the Terms and Conditions.
The offset and width of your wheels do not come from a table: the Onyx Forged design office calculates them for your car and your brakes, and submits them to you before machining.
Frequently asked questions: wheels for the Kia EV6 GT
What are the original offsets for the wheels of a Kia EV6 GT?
A single fitment, the same on all four wheels, according to its Swiss vehicle type records: 8.5J x 21 with an offset of 43.5 mm at the front and at the rear, with 255/40 R21 tyres, on both the 430 kW and the 478 kW EV6 GT; koleso.ee and hubcentric-rings.com give the same offset. The records give it to the tenth of a millimetre: the fitment table reproduces it as it stands, without rounding it. [1, 2, 7, 17]
Which tyres, and which load index, does a Kia EV6 GT take?
255/40 R21 of load index 102 on all four wheels, i.e. 850 kg per tyre: this is the only combination its Swiss vehicle type records permit. [7, 17, 18]
What is the load per wheel on a Kia EV6 GT?
Its Swiss vehicle type records give the 430 kW EV6 GT a permissible load of 1,260 kg on the front axle and 1,420 kg on the rear axle, i.e. 630 and 710 kg per wheel; the 478 kW car, 1,260 and 1,470 kg, i.e. 630 and 735 kg per wheel. The 255/40 R21 tyre of load index 102 carries 850 kg. [7, 17, 18]
What PCD, centre bore and nuts does a Kia EV6 GT use?
The PCD is 5x114.3, the centre bore 67.1 mm, and the wheels are held by M12 x 1.5 nuts, according to wheelfitment.eu, koleso.ee, SCC and ThreePiece.us; tirewheelguide.com also gives the PCD, the centre bore and the thread. The tightening torque is not published: the sources we have read do not agree. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
Same fixing measurements
As original equipment, these cars have the same PCD, centre bore, thread and fixing as the Kia EV6 GT: PCD 5x114.3, centre bore 67.1 mm, thread M12 x 1.5, fixing: wheel nuts.
- Hyundai i30 N (PDe) (2017–2024)
Same fixing measurements; original diameters and offsets: see each car's page. The seat of the bolts or nuts, the width of the wheels and brake clearance are not compared here: this comparison is not an opinion on compatibility.

Publication rule: a measurement is shown only if a primary source gives it (a manufacturer's document, an official vehicle type record, an original parts catalogue, the maker of the original wheel) without another primary source contradicting it, or if two independent specialist sources agree without a primary source contradicting them. The press and forums do not count. Measurements checked on 22 October 2026 by the Onyx Forged design office.

EV6 GT: 5x114.3, a 67.1 mm hub, M12 x 1.5 nuts
The Kia EV6 GT, a dual-motor electric car rated at 430 kW (its first Swiss vehicle type record dates from February 2022), then at 478 kW from October 2024, uses 5x114.3 on a 67.1 mm hub, with M12 x 1.5 wheel nuts: wheelfitment.eu, koleso.ee, SCC and ThreePiece.us give these measurements, and tirewheelguide.com the PCD, the centre bore and the thread, each cited in the table. The sources we have read do not agree on the tightening torque: we do not publish it.
A single fitment: 8.5J x 21, with the offset given to the tenth
The vehicle type record of the Swiss Federal Roads Office (ASTRA), the document that sets the tyre and wheel combinations a car may carry, permits only one combination for the EV6 GT, the same on all four wheels: an 8.5J x 21 wheel with an offset of 43.5 mm at both front and rear, with 255/40 R21 tyres of load index 102. koleso.ee and hubcentric-rings.com give the same offset; tirewheelguide.com and ThreePiece.us round it: the vehicle type record prevails. It gives this offset to the tenth of a millimetre. The fitment table reproduces it as it stands, to the tenth, without rounding it, as do this text and the questions and answers. There is neither a staggered fitment nor a second diameter in these records.
What a heavy, powerful electric car changes
Its records give the 430 kW EV6 GT a permissible load of 1,260 kg on the front axle and 1,420 kg on the rear axle, i.e. 630 and 710 kg per wheel, and the 478 kW car 1,470 kg at the rear, i.e. 735 kg per wheel: this is the load the wheel must carry, and a replacement tyre must keep at least the original fitment's load index of 102. The torque, available from the first turn of the wheel, and the mass wear the tyres faster than a combustion-engined car of the same power; the tyre also affects noise in the cabin and range. A tyre marked HL (High Load) carries more for the same size. The guide electric car tyres: wear, HL index, noise and range (page in French) explains what each choice changes, and the guide wheels for a heavy car: the load per wheel (page in French) how to read the load the wheel must carry.
What these measurements say about a forged wheel
The offset positions the wheel in the wheel arch: a wider wheel, or a lower offset, brings it closer to the wing. The Onyx Forged design office starts from the measurements on this page, your brakes and your tyres to calculate the width and offset of your wheels, then submits them to you. The offset calculator compares two fitments: it compares, it does not choose the measurement for you.
Roadworthiness test: what is examined
The French roadworthiness test (contrôle technique) examines the wheel without removing it (cracks, deformation, a wheel that protrudes beyond the bodywork) and verifies that the tyre size is one provided for by the manufacturer or accepted as equivalent. Keeping a tyre size from the original fitment, and at least its load index, avoids having to justify it; the details are on the roadworthiness test and registration page.
What we record before machining
- The exact version, stated on the registration document, and the current diameter of your wheels.
- The braking system, on which the smallest possible diameter depends (wheels and brakes (page in French)).
- The current fitment, axle by axle, and the 67.1 mm hub bore according to the databases.
Configure your forged wheels for the Kia EV6 GT
The Onyx Forged design office works out the measurements of your car from its exact version, stated on the registration document, and shows them to you before machining. Each set is cut from forged 6061-T6 aluminium, machined on a 5-axis CNC centre, as monoblock, two-piece or three-piece wheels; our wheels are designed to JWL/VIA standards. Prices by diameter and the lead time are given on this page, under “What Onyx can make”. Start your configuration or write to contact@onyxforgedwheels.com.
