Custom forged wheels delivered to Great Britain
Onyx Forged is a French brand of custom forged wheels in forged 6061-T6 aluminium: monoblock, two-piece and three-piece, designed to JWL/VIA standards. Our forged alloy wheels are delivered free to Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales). This page sets out what you pay with UK import VAT, and what to check before fitting.

Delivery, import VAT and the MOT
Free delivery to Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales), in 4 to 8 working weeks, shipping included. Prices exclude UK import VAT and duty: the carrier collects them from you before delivery, together with its clearance fee (Terms and Conditions, article 5.2). Before fitting, tell your insurer: aftermarket wheels count as a modification. The MOT checks their condition and fixing; it does not require type approval. On cars first used from 1 January 2012, the MOT also checks that the tyre pressure monitoring system works.
What you pay, with UK import VAT
Prices on this website are in euros. For Great Britain, our checkout charges in pounds sterling. It converts the euro price at its exchange rate on the day, currency conversion charge included, so the amount in pounds is about 2% more than a straight conversion at the market rate; the amount shown at checkout is the one charged for your order.
UK import VAT is 20% of the value of the parcel, delivery and any duty included. Delivery is included in our price, so the VAT comes to 20% of the amount in pounds charged for your set, before any import duty.
The tables give, for a set of four wheels, the price on this website, the amount in pounds our checkout showed on 4 October 2026, and that amount with UK import VAT, before the carrier's clearance fee and any import duty.

Worked example for Great Britain: on 4 October 2026, our checkout priced a set of four 21″ monoblock wheels (€3,550 on this website) at £3,084. UK import VAT adds £616.80 (20%), so £3,700.80 with UK import VAT, before the carrier's clearance fee and any import duty.
The carrier also charges a clearance fee for paying the VAT on your behalf. It is set by the carrier and shown on its notice: for example, DHL Express charges £11 or 2.5% of the duty and VAT it pays, whichever is higher. With DHL Express, the fee on that set would be £15.42 (2.5% of £616.80, which is more than £11), so £3,716.22 in total, before any import duty.
Any import duty depends on the UK tariff in force when your wheels arrive: the amount you pay is the one on the carrier's notice, and UK import VAT then applies to it too.
For wheels made on quotation (17″ wheels, three-piece wheels), the quotation is priced in euros. UK import VAT is 20% of that price converted into pounds for customs, plus 20% of any import duty; the carrier's notice gives the exact amount, together with its clearance fee.

Ordering from Great Britain
- On the website, you pay in a single payment, and your wheels are delivered in 4 to 8 working weeks, shipping included, from full payment, and at the earliest from your approval of the measurements, the colour or the 3D render you asked for, under article 5.1 of the Terms and Conditions.
- Or you pay in 3 interest-free instalments on quotation: 40% on order, 30% 10 days after the deposit, 30% 21 days after the deposit (quotations calculated online by the configurator; a quotation drawn up by hand sets its own schedule), and your wheels are delivered in 4 to 8 working weeks, shipping included, from receipt of the deposit (40% for a quotation calculated online, or the one set by a quotation drawn up by hand), and at the earliest from your approval of the measurements, the colour or the 3D render you asked for, under article 5.1 of the Terms and Conditions.
- Every set comes with a 5-year Onyx Forged commercial warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing and material defects and structural failures not caused by abnormal use. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.
