Frequently asked questions: wheels for the BMW M5 F10

What are the PCD and centre bore of a BMW M5 F10?

5x120 according to SCC, wheelfitment.eu and koleso.ee, with M14 x 1.25 wheel bolts. The centre bore is 72.6 mm according to SCC and koleso.ee; wheelfitment.eu gives it one tenth of a millimetre smaller: we adopt the value given by two groups of sources against one. [2, 3, 4]

What are the original fitments of a BMW M5 F10?

For summer, BMW M gives 9J x 19, IS 32, with 265/40 ZR19 at the front and 10J x 19, IS 34, with 295/35 ZR19 at the rear; or 9J x 20, IS 32, with 265/35 ZR20 at the front and 10J x 20, IS 34, with 295/30 ZR20 at the rear. IS is the offset in BMW's sheets. [6]

What is the wheel tightening torque on a BMW M5 F10?

140 Nm, according to wheelfitment.eu and koleso.ee. [2, 4]

Same fixing measurements

As original equipment, these cars have the same PCD, centre bore, thread and fixing as the BMW M5 F10: PCD 5x120, centre bore 72.6 mm, thread M14 x 1.25, fixing: wheel bolts.

Same fixing measurements; original diameters and offsets: see each car's page. The seat of the bolts or nuts, the width of the wheels and brake clearance are not compared here: this comparison is not an opinion on compatibility.

Publication rule: a measurement is shown only if a primary source gives it (a manufacturer's document, an official vehicle type record, an original parts catalogue, the maker of the original wheel) without another primary source contradicting it, or if two independent specialist sources agree without a primary source contradicting them. The press and forums do not count. Measurements checked on 15 October 2026 by the Onyx Forged design office.

Custom forged wheels for the BMW M5 F10

  • Forged 6061-T6 aluminium
  • 5-axis CNC machining
  • Designed to JWL/VIA standards
  • Fitment worked out for your BMW M5 F10

M5 F10: 5x120, 72.6 mm, M14 x 1.25 bolts with a conical seat

The BMW M5 F10, from 2011 to 2017 according to three independent specialist databases, is 5x120, on a 72.6 mm hub, with M14 x 1.25 wheel bolts. The listing of a genuine BMW parts retailer names the M5 F10 for these bolts and describes them as having a conical seat, which SCC confirms. One of the three databases gives a centre bore one tenth of a millimetre smaller: we adopt the value given by two groups of sources against one, and the Onyx Forged design office decides for your car. The tightening torque is 140 Nm according to wheelfitment.eu and koleso.ee.

The original fitment, axle by axle

The BMW M sheet of December 2013 gives two summer fitments for the M5 Saloon. In 19 inches: 9J x 19 with an offset (IS) of 32 at the front, on 265/40 ZR19, and 10J x 19 with an offset of 34 at the rear, on 295/35 ZR19. In 20 inches: 9J x 20 with an offset of 32 at the front, on 265/35 ZR20, and 10J x 20 with an offset of 34 at the rear, on 295/30 ZR20. The rear is therefore one inch wider and has two millimetres more offset: a front wheel and a rear wheel are never swapped.
