Frequently asked questions: wheels for the Lamborghini Huracán first series
What are the original offsets for the wheels of a first-series Lamborghini Huracán?
A staggered fitment, wider at the rear, according to its Swiss vehicle type records: 8.5J x 20 with an offset of 42 at the front and 11J x 20 with an offset of 40 at the rear, or the same widths and the same offsets in 19 inches. They apply to the LP 610-4, the LP 580-2 and the Performante, coupé and Spyder alike. [8, 13, 16]
Which tyres, and which load index, does a first-series Lamborghini Huracán take?
In 20 inches, 245/30 R20 with a load index of 90 at the front, i.e. 600 kg per tyre, and 305/30 R20 with a load index of 103 at the rear, i.e. 875 kg; in 19 inches, 245/35 R19 with a load index of 93, i.e. 650 kg, and 305/35 R19 with a load index of 102, i.e. 850 kg. [8, 16, 20]
What is the load per wheel on a first-series Lamborghini Huracán?
Its Swiss vehicle type records give it a permissible load of 950 kg on the front axle and 1,100 kg on the rear axle, i.e. 475 and 550 kg per wheel, in LP 610-4, LP 580-2 and Performante form alike, coupé or Spyder: the rear carries the most. The 305/30 R20 rear tyre with a load index of 103 carries 875 kg. [8, 9, 12, 16, 20]
What PCD, centre bore and bolts does a first-series Lamborghini Huracán use?
The PCD is 5x112 and the wheels are held by M14 x 1.5 bolts, according to wheelfitment.eu, koleso.ee, SCC and ThreePiece.us. The centre bore is not the same on both axles: 57.1 mm at the front and 66.5 mm at the rear, according to SCC, koleso.ee and tirewheelguide.com; wheelfitment.eu also gives 57.1 mm at the rear: the Onyx Forged design office establishes the centre bore of each axle for your car, from its registration document or its VIN, and submits it to you before machining. The tightening torque is not published: no source we have read gives it for the original bolt. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

Publication rule: a measurement is shown only if a primary source gives it (a manufacturer's document, an official vehicle type record, an original parts catalogue, the maker of the original wheel) without another primary source contradicting it, or if two independent specialist sources agree without a primary source contradicting them. The press and forums do not count. Measurements checked on 22 October 2026 by the Onyx Forged design office.

Custom forged wheels for the Lamborghini Huracán first series
- Forged 6061-T6 aluminium
- 5-axis CNC machining

- Fitment worked out for your Lamborghini Huracán first series
First-series Huracán: 5x112, M14 x 1.5 bolts, a centre bore for each axle
The first-series Lamborghini Huracán, type 724, whose first Swiss vehicle type record dates from March 2014, in LP 610-4, LP 580-2 and Performante form, coupé and Spyder alike, uses 5x112 with M14 x 1.5 wheel bolts: wheelfitment.eu, koleso.ee, SCC and ThreePiece.us give these measurements, tirewheelguide.com the PCD (bolt pattern) and the thread, each cited in the table. Its hub does not have the same centre bore on both axles: 57.1 mm at the front and 66.5 mm at the rear, according to SCC, koleso.ee and tirewheelguide.com; wheelfitment.eu also gives 57.1 mm at the rear, and ThreePiece.us a single centre bore, without saying which axle. The hub table has only one cell for the centre bore of a fitment that covers both axles: it leaves it empty. The Onyx Forged design office establishes the centre bore of each axle for your car, from its registration document or its VIN, and submits it to you before machining. No source we have read gives the tightening torque of the original bolt.
19 or 20 inches: the same fitment for all versions
The vehicle type record of the Swiss Federal Roads Office (ASTRA), the document that sets the tyre and wheel combinations a car may carry, permits for the LP 610-4, the LP 580-2 and the Performante the same staggered fitment, wider at the rear: 8.5J x 20 with an offset of 42 at the front and 11J x 20 with an offset of 40 at the rear, on 245/30 R20 and 305/30 R20 tyres, or 8.5J x 19 and 11J x 19 at the same offsets, on 245/35 R19 and 305/35 R19 tyres. The record lists the two front wheels in one field and the two rear wheels in the next; the table pairs them in that order, the 20-inch wheel with the 20-inch wheel, the 19-inch with the 19-inch. The records do not name the trim levels: we identify them by their power output and drivetrain, 449 kW and four-wheel drive for the LP 610-4, 426 kW and rear-wheel drive for the LP 580-2, 470 kW and four-wheel drive for the Performante. These fitments remain those of the EVO, which succeeded it in 2019.
A mid-mounted engine: the rear carries the most
The records give a permissible load of 950 kg on the front axle and 1,100 kg on the rear axle, i.e. 475 and 550 kg per wheel, for all versions: the more heavily loaded axle receives the wider wheel. This is the load the wheel must withstand, and the tyre must keep at least the load index of the original fitment, 103 for 305/30 R20 at the rear, 102 for 305/35 R19 (reading a tyre (page in French)).
What these measurements say about a forged wheel
The offset positions the wheel in the wheel arch: a wider wheel, or a lower offset, brings it closer to the wing. The Onyx Forged design office starts from the measurements on this page, your brakes and your tyres to calculate the width and offset of your wheels, then submits them to you. The offset calculator compares two fitments: it compares, it does not choose the measurement for you.
Roadworthiness test: what is examined
The French roadworthiness test (contrôle technique) examines the wheel without removing it (cracks, deformation, a wheel that protrudes beyond the bodywork) and verifies that the tyre size is one provided for by the manufacturer or accepted as equivalent. Keeping a tyre size from the original fitment, and at least its load index, avoids having to justify it; the details are on the roadworthiness test and registration document page.
What we record before machining
- The exact version, stated on the registration document, and the current diameter of your wheels.
- The braking system, on which the smallest possible diameter depends (wheels and brakes (page in French)).
- The current fitment, axle by axle, and the centre bore of each hub, 57.1 mm at the front and 66.5 mm at the rear according to the databases.
Configure your forged wheels for the Lamborghini Huracán (first series)
The Onyx Forged design office works out the measurements of your car from its exact version, stated on the registration document, and shows them to you before machining. Each set is cut from forged 6061-T6 aluminium, machined on a 5-axis CNC centre, as monoblock, two-piece or three-piece wheels; our wheels are designed to JWL/VIA standards. Prices by diameter and the lead time are given on this page, under “What Onyx can make”. Start your configuration or write to contact@onyxforgedwheels.com.
