The offset and width of your wheels do not come from a table: the Onyx Forged design office calculates them for your car and your brakes, and submits them to you before machining.

What are the original offsets for the wheels of an Audi A3 or S3 8V?
Audi's genuine accessories catalogue lists, for the A3 and S3 from 2017 to 2020, a 19-inch wheel in 8J with an offset of 49 and 235/35 R19 tyres, and an 18-inch Rotor wheel in 8J with an offset of 46 and 225/40 R18 tyres for the Limousine and the Cabriolet. Audi permits the 19-inch wheel only with wheel arch extensions and a steering angle limitation. [5, 6]
Do the A3 and S3 8V share the same wheels?
For two wheels, yes: Audi's genuine accessories catalogue lists the 19-inch wheel (8J, offset of 49) and the 18-inch Rotor (8J, offset of 46) as compatible with both the A3 and the S3. It lists the 17-inch Helica and the 18-inch Velum, both in 7.5J with an offset of 51, only for the A3 Sportback. [5, 6, 7, 8]

A3 and S3 8V: 5x112 on a 57.1 mm hub
The 8V-generation Audi A3 and S3 use 5x112, on a 57.1 mm hub, with M14 x 1.5 wheel bolts: three independent specialist sources give the PCD (bolt pattern) and the centre bore, two give the thread, each cited in the table. The tightening torque is not published: the two wheelfitment.eu pages, the A3's and the S3's, do not give the same value, and no Audi document consulted settles the matter; go by the one in your car's manual. The bolt seat is given by only one source: it is not published here.
Falx and Rotor: compatible with both the A3 and the S3
Audi's official accessories shop lists two wheels compatible with the A3 and S3 from 2017 to 2020. In 19 inches, the 5-arm Falx wheel in 8J with an offset of 49 and 235/35 R19 tyres, for the Sportback, Limousine and Cabriolet: Audi offers it only with the front and rear wheel arch extensions and a steering angle limitation. In 18 inches, the 5-arm Rotor wheel in 8J with an offset of 46 and 225/40 R18 tyres, for the Limousine and the Cabriolet.
A3 Sportback: 7.5J, an offset of 51
For the A3 Sportback, the same shop lists the 17-inch Helica in 7.5J with 225/45 R17 tyres and the 18-inch Velum in 7.5J with 225/40 R18 tyres, both with an offset of 51; it lists them only for the A3.

These wheels are genuine accessories: Audi's catalogue gives their part number and the compatible cars, but does not say which of them are fitted when the car is built, and this page does not claim to. It lists only cars from 2017 to 2020.
