The F3-generation Audi RS Q3, as an SUV and as a Sportback, whose first Swiss vehicle type records date from December 2019, is 5x112 on a 57.1 mm hub, with M14 x 1.5 wheel bolts: wheelfitment.eu, koleso.ee and SCC give these measurements, and tirewheelguide.com the PCD (bolt pattern), the centre bore and the thread, each cited in the table. The tightening torque is not published: only one database gives it. This is the centre bore of the TT RS (8S), not that of the larger Audi RS models.
A single width: 8.5J, an offset of 38
The vehicle type record of the Swiss Federal Roads Office (ASTRA), the document that sets the tyre and wheel combinations a car may carry, permits for the RS Q3 the same wheel on both axles, 8.5J with an offset of 38, in 20 inches, on 255/40 R20 tyres, as well as in 21 inches, on 255/35 R21 tyres. The RS Q3 and the RS Q3 Sportback have the same fitments. For winter, it permits 255/40 R20 on the 20-inch wheel. A wider wheel or a lower offset brings it closer to the wing: the tyre's clearance under the body is checked before any change.
A compact SUV, but a heavy one: the load per wheel
The records give a permissible load of 1,140 kg on the front axle and 1,195 kg on the rear axle, i.e. 570 and 597.5 kg per wheel. The 21-inch tyre, with its lower sidewall, has the lowest index, 98 in 255/35 R21: it is the one that sets the minimum to keep (reading a tyre (page in French)); the guide heavy SUV wheels and load per wheel (page in French) sets out the calculation.

The offset positions the wheel in the wheel arch: a wider wheel, or a lower offset, brings it closer to the wing. Roadworthiness test: what is examined
The French roadworthiness test (contrôle technique) examines the wheel without removing it (cracks, deformation, a wheel that protrudes beyond the bodywork) and verifies that the tyre size is one provided for by the manufacturer or accepted as equivalent. Keeping a tyre size from the original fitment, and at least its load index, avoids having to justify it; the details are on the roadworthiness test and registration document page.
