Custom forged wheels for Mercedes C 63 AMG
The C 63 is the AMG you drive every day, and that is what makes choosing its wheels tricky: it meets kerbs, potholes and road salt far more often than a circuit. Onyx Forged has each set forged from a block of 6061-T6 aluminium, 5-axis CNC machined, to the measurements of your generation, W204, W205 or W206. Sizes and finish are up to you, and we tell you what each choice implies over time.
Mercedes-AMG C 63: original wheels, brakes and weight
The figures below come from Mercedes-Benz's documents and from the sources listed below, read on 20 October 2026. They are the standard measurements of the versions named, not a recommendation: before any design, we work out the measurements of your car.

Three generations, three different cars
The C 63 name covers cars that have little in common. The W204 carries a naturally aspirated 6.2-litre V8, a heavy engine that loads the front. The W205 moves to a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8, more compact and mounted lower. The W206 takes a different approach with a plug-in hybrid four-cylinder, whose battery and rear electric motor add mass that the previous generations did not have. Original offset, caliper clearance and load per wheel therefore do not carry over from one generation to another, estate versions included.
Daily use, a demand for strength
A C 63 covers a lot of kilometres. It goes over damaged roads, it sometimes scrapes a kerb when parking, it is driven in winter. For a wheel, this use is harder than a season on track, because it never stops. Cast aluminium fractures cleanly when it reaches its limit, without warning. Forged 6061-T6, whose grain structure has been realigned under high pressure, deforms before it gives way. On an everyday car, this is our first argument in favour of forging, even before weight.
Widening the track without spoiling the steering
Many C 63 owners want to fill wings that are already wide as standard. Reducing the offset widens the track and sharpens the stance, but it moves the point where the forces are applied relative to the bearing and changes the scrub radius. Too much correction is paid for with twitchier steering on poor surfaces, bearing wear and rubbing under compression. We put a figure on this difference before fitting: in most cases, a well-chosen width and wheel-centre profile give the look you are after with a modest correction.
A finish that has to last several winters
An AMG saloon used all year round goes through high-pressure washes, meets road salt and builds up dust from large-diameter brakes. It is these three things, and not the look on the first day, that determine how your wheels look three years later. Dark lacquers and protected brushed finishes age well and clean without aggressive products. A bare mirror polish, striking in photos, demands maintenance that few owners keep up over time. We tell you so before the order, even when it goes against your initial choice.
Configure your custom C 63 wheels
Our configurator uses artificial intelligence to turn an inspiration photo into a wheel render applied to your C 63. You then refine the design, the sizes and the finish with the Onyx Forged design office, before 5-axis CNC machining. Our wheels are designed to JWL/VIA standards. Price and lead time each have their own page: custom forged wheel prices and lead time. Configure your custom wheels or write to us at contact@onyxforgedwheels.com.
