The 2 generations of the Tesla Model X compared

One row per published generation, from the oldest to the most recent. Each measurement comes from the generation's page, which cites its sources and gives the fitment of each version. These measurements help you recognise your car; they are not a recommendation, and Onyx does not advise any specific offset.

Onyx entry price: the set of four monoblock forged wheels in the smallest diameter of our price list that covers the smallest original diameter recorded; the other diameters and the two-piece construction are on each generation's page. Amounts in pounds: our checkout on 4 October 2026, before the carrier's clearance fee and any import duty. The amount shown at checkout is the one charged for your order.

Publication rule: a measurement is shown only if a primary source gives it (a manufacturer's document, an official vehicle type record, an original parts catalogue, the maker of the original wheel) without another primary source contradicting it, or if two independent specialist sources agree without a primary source contradicting them. The press and forums do not count. Measurements checked on 15 October 2026.

Model X: one hub, staggered fitments

The Tesla Model X uses 5x120, on a 64.1 mm hub, with M14 x 1.5 wheel nuts: several independent specialist sources give these figures, each cited on the page for the period. The wheels, however, are staggered: in 20 as well as 22 inches, Tesla gives a 9J wheel at the front and a 10J wheel at the rear, with offsets that differ slightly from one period to the other.

Measurements given by Tesla, period by period

Each page gives the hub, then the fitments with the original offset (manufacturer) of each wheel, as given in Tesla's owner's manual, and the source of each measurement. An empty cell means that no sufficient source has been read: we do not copy the value from another period.
